(This is the way I do sysprep at my work-study job) Create a folder in the C: called Sysprep. exe) for Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 3, as contained within the file deploy. Browse the Windows XP Deployment CD to location \Support\Tools, extract the Delpoy. I do remember that you could download it as well.
